Self-service FAQ

How do I know if I'm self-service?

If you use an eCommerce platform or a next generation point-of-sale, you count as self-service.

Examples: Shopify, Square, Stripe, PayPal Here, Clover Go, Magento Community, etc.

What browsers does your platform support?

We currently only support Chrome but we're working hard to test and add other browsers to the list. Check back to this FAQ for updates.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Nope. Depending on your POS platform, you may be billed directly through them or by credit card once your trial is up. We'll let you know when it's time to get that set up.

How does the free trial work?

Your free trial will start once you create an account and continue for the full trial duration from the account creation date.

What happens after the free trial ends?

We'll give you a heads up when your account is close to the end of the free trial. When the free trial expires, you will be alerted to set up payment and then auto-billed per your subscription level.

What is your cancellation policy?

We don't prorate or offer refunds but you can continue to use Axon® until your next payment is due. If you are billed directly through your POS provider, you'll need to check with them for their cancellation policy.

What if I cancel and then reactivate?

There will be a one-time reactivation fee to process the transaction history between cancellation and reactivation dates.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We currently do not offer volume discounts. We try to price our service so that it is accessible to all business sizes.
